Countdown to Christmas, 4th December @ 10.30am
Our cafe style service, with pastries, coffee or hot chocolate and a chance to relax as we kick off our run up to Christmas. Activities for the children along with a quiz and a chance to explore some Christmas themes. Run like a cafe, except there is no charge…
Instant Nativity, 11th December @ 10.30am
Our now famous nativity play from scratch. Come dressed as a character of the nativity (or one you think should be in it) and take part or just come as you are and watch the play unfold. Followed by refreshments after the service.
Carols by candlelight, 18th December @ 6.00pm (no morning service)
As you would imagine, our atmospheric Carol service in the chapel. A chance to sing carols old and new and hear the story of Christmas.
Blue Christmas, 21st December @ 6.30pm
Some times, for some people, Christmas isn’t the easiest time of the year. It might be the loss of a loved one, or difficult circumstances that you find yourself in, but on the longest night of the year (Wed, 21st Dec) we will be holding our Blue Christmas service.
This is open to all, no need to be someone who comes to church, and is a time to meet together, to reflect, to remember and to remind ourselves of the light that shines in the darkness and the hope that we have in Christmas.
Carols around the tree, 24th December @ 5.00pm
Our outdoor carol service for the village held around the tree outside the nursery (by the war memorial). Arrive early to get a good spot.
Christmas celebration, 25th December @10.30am
Christmas day in the chapel, a chance to come together and celebrate Christmas.
